SPEEDHEAD — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy explains how Vizy Games handles information when you play SPEEDHEAD, our Android missile racing game (package: com.vizygames.speedhead), use its online features or contact us. An internet connection is required to play. You do not need to provide an email address or choose a password to start playing.

Privacy contact: info@vizygame.com. To request deletion of your player profile or other information, see Delete your SPEEDHEAD data below. Visits to this website are covered by the separate website privacy policy.

1. Player profile, progress and online racing

The game creates a device player identifier and a default pilot name. It stores your progress, virtual currency, owned items, missile upgrades and customization, settings, tutorial progress and saved city damage in the app's storage. Your chosen name, country and avatar can be changed in the game. Your chosen country is a profile preference, not a GPS measurement.

Our servers process your player identifier, authentication information, display name, country, avatar, league points, race results, wins, season progress and campaign or Free Drive records to operate online careers, matchmaking, rooms and leaderboards. Authentication secrets protect your profile; they are not displayed to other players. During a race, the service also relays room membership, missile appearance, movement, race progress, results and rematch choices.

Other players can see information used for competition: your display name, country flag, avatar, missile appearance, ranking and relevant race or leaderboard statistics. Do not put private information in your pilot name or visible artwork.

If you choose a local-network (LAN) room, participating devices exchange room and race information directly over the local network. That LAN connection uses unencrypted TCP rather than the encrypted public online service. Use LAN rooms only on a network and with participants you trust.

2. Images and downloadable content

If you choose a personal image for missile graffiti, the game stores a copy locally. When that appearance is used in a network race, a small preview can be sent through the race service and shown to the other participants. The game does not upload your entire photo library. Selecting an image is optional; use artwork you are entitled to share and avoid private or identifying photographs.

The game downloads country artwork, graffiti and patterns when needed and stores verified copies in its cache. Connections to our content and connectivity services expose ordinary network information, including the IP address and the requested resource, to our hosting infrastructure. These requests do not require access to your contacts, microphone or precise location.

3. Gameplay analytics and diagnostics

We use our own server to understand game use, investigate failures and improve performance. Information includes a generated installation identifier, session identifiers and timestamps; game version, platform, device model, operating-system version and memory information; game modes, stages and selected missile identifiers; distances, overtakes, destroyed vehicles or buildings and other gameplay totals; and loading, network, memory and error diagnostics.

Analytics can be linked to the online player profile after that profile is authenticated. Error reporting uses limited diagnostic categories and summaries instead of intentionally collecting the full contents of your files or messages. The current game does not send these events to Firebase Analytics. Network services and hosting systems may also keep access and security logs.

4. Advertising

SPEEDHEAD uses Google's AdMob advertising services for interstitial and rewarded advertising. Rewarded opportunities are presented in the game; standard interstitial advertising can also involve data processing. The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before enabling ad requests and offers advertising privacy choices in Settings when Google requires that entry.

The current release applies Google's child-restricted advertising treatment and a G ad-content limit conservatively to all players. It also signals under-age-of-consent treatment to UMP. This setting does not verify your age and does not mean that no advertising data is processed. We do not ask for a birth date or identity document in the game.

Google's SDK may collect and share IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP addresses, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information, and device or other identifiers where available and permitted by the configuration. Purposes include ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and security. Google's policies and the device and privacy settings affect the information processed. See Google's SDK data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Why information is used and who receives it

We use information to provide and secure gameplay and online competition, preserve records, prevent duplicate rewards or abuse, diagnose problems, improve the game, provide advertising and respond to support requests. Authorized studio personnel and hosting or support providers may access information as needed for these purposes. Race participants receive the shared race information described above. Google processes advertising information under its applicable terms and privacy policy.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, necessary game services rely on providing the service you request; security, support and proportionate product diagnostics rely on our legitimate interests, subject to your rights; consent is used where required; and some records may be kept to meet legal obligations. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, our services or legal rights.

6. Retention

On your device: saved games, preferences, downloaded content and personal artwork remain until removed, replaced or cleared. Pending analytics events are limited to 512 entries and up to seven days. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local information, subject to your device's backup behavior; it does not by itself delete server records.

On our game server: raw analytics events are normally retained for 30 days, session records for 90 days and analytics duplicate-delivery receipts for 35 days. Online career and race records, daily gameplay totals and daily return/activity records do not currently have an automatic expiry. They remain until no longer needed or a verified deletion request is fulfilled, subject to applicable security or legal exceptions. De-identified aggregate statistics may be retained.

Security logs, support correspondence and backups are retained as needed for operation, recovery, resolving requests and applicable obligations. Data in protected backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire. Google determines retention for information it processes; see its retention policy.

7. Delete your SPEEDHEAD data

You can request deletion without reinstalling the game or creating a website account. Email info@vizygame.com with the subject “SPEEDHEAD data deletion request”. Say whether you want your complete online player profile deleted or only particular information removed.

Include your in-game pilot name and selected country and, if available, a screenshot of your profile and approximate last-play date. These help us locate the record; we may request additional non-secret information to verify that the profile belongs to you before changing it. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details or identity documents. A parent or guardian can contact us on behalf of a child.

A full verified request covers the server player profile, associated career and leaderboard records, and linked gameplay analytics held by Vizy Games, except information we must retain for legal requirements, security, fraud prevention or resolving a dispute. We will explain any applicable exception when responding. Irreversibly de-identified aggregates may remain. Deleting a profile removes its online progress and ranking; it is not a way to transfer a save to another device.

To remove data stored on your device, clear SPEEDHEAD's storage in Android's app settings or uninstall it. Wait until your server deletion request is resolved if you still need the current profile to verify ownership. Continuing to use or reinstalling the game can create a new profile and new records. We cannot delete information held independently by Google through an app-storage reset; use Google's privacy controls for requests concerning that information.

8. Your choices and support

You can change your displayed name, country, avatar and appearance, choose whether to use personal graffiti or rewarded opportunities, and use the available advertising privacy options in Settings. Android may offer additional advertising-identifier controls. The game requires online access, and stopping play stops new gameplay collection; it does not erase existing records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw applicable consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact info@vizygame.com. If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message and use them to respond and investigate your request. In-game feedback and player-name reports send the submitted message or report, the relevant player identifiers and profile information to our server for support and moderation.

9. Younger players

SPEEDHEAD is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. It contains arcade missile racing, vehicle crashes and stylized building destruction. Store content ratings are determined separately by the relevant rating process. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and address the record as required by applicable law.

10. Security and policy changes

Public online game connections use HTTPS or secure WebSockets, and access to administrative records is restricted. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. External services follow their own privacy policies. We may update this policy when game features or data practices change; the current version and date will appear on this page, with additional notice where required.
