Fit the Room — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains how Vizy Games handles information when you play the Android game Fit the Room: Interior Design, also known as Fit the Room: İç Mimar (package: com.vizygames.fittheroom), or contact us about the game.

This is the privacy policy for Fit the Room. Visits to the Vizy Games website are covered by the separate website privacy policy.

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@vizygame.com.

1. Information stored by the game

The game stores progress, virtual currency, owned items, furniture styles, room layouts, preferences and reward records on your device. It does not provide a player account or upload these saved games to a Vizy Games server.

The game asks for a broad age group: under 13, 13–17, 18 or older, or prefer not to say. No option is preselected. Your choice is stored locally on your device to control advertising availability; we do not ask for your date of birth or identity documents. This is a self-declared choice, not identity or age verification.

The in-game photo feature creates pictures of your decorated game scene and saves them locally. It does not use your device's camera or photograph your surroundings. Local game saves are separate from information processed by advertising services.

2. Advertising in Fit the Room

The Android game uses Google's AdMob advertising services for banner ads and rewarded videos. The game starts its advertising consent check only after you select 18 or older. It uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain or refresh applicable privacy choices before enabling ad requests. A consent form is shown when required by that process. If you select an age below 18, prefer not to say, or make no selection, the game keeps ads off and does not start this consent or ad-loading flow. You can continue playing without ads.

Watching a rewarded video is a player choice. When advertising is enabled, banner advertising can also involve data processing without a rewarded video being selected.

Google's advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses and approximate location derived from them; app and ad interactions, such as launches, taps and video views; diagnostic and performance information, including SDK-related crash information; and device or other identifiers, including advertising or app-set identifiers where available and permitted by the device and ad configuration. Advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention are relevant purposes, depending on the information involved; app-set identifiers are not used by us for personalized advertising. Google states that SDK data is protected with TLS during transmission. See Google's advertising SDK data disclosure.

The game is configured to request non-personalized ads. This does not mean that no advertising data is processed: identifiers and other information may still be used for frequency limits, reporting and fraud prevention. See Google's explanation of non-personalized advertising.

Google handles advertising information under its own Privacy Policy. Advertising providers' data processing is distinct from the local saved-game data described above.

3. Contacting us about the game

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your message, screenshots or technical details. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem and manage the related support correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

Support messages may be handled by authorized studio personnel and the email or hosting providers used to operate our support channels. We do not need access to your local game save to answer a general privacy question.

4. Retention and deletion

Local game data: saved progress and local recovery copies remain in the app's storage until removed. You can clear that storage through your Android device's app settings or uninstall the game. Clearing storage removes your local progress, owned items and preferences; these cannot be restored from a Vizy Games player account because the game does not provide one. Device menu names and backup behavior may vary.

Support correspondence: we retain messages while needed to respond to and resolve your request, and where necessary for security or applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of information held through our support channels. We assess requests according to applicable law and may need information sufficient to verify the request.

Google advertising data: Google's retention and deletion practices are explained in its data retention policy. Clearing the game's storage does not delete data already processed by Google, and we cannot promise deletion from Google's systems through a local game action.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

You can change your age-group choice in the game's Settings. Choosing an age below 18 or prefer not to say keeps ads off. Where Google's consent process requires an advertising privacy-options entry, Settings provides a way to review and change or withdraw the applicable choices. Ad availability then follows the resulting privacy status. Changing a choice does not erase information already processed by Google.

You can choose whether to watch rewarded videos and can manage available advertising privacy controls in your Android settings. The available controls depend on your device and operating-system version. Changing an advertising identifier does not necessarily stop all ads or all advertising data processing.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request a copy of information, or raise a concern with a data-protection authority. To ask about information Vizy Games holds, email info@vizygame.com. For information held by Google, consult Google's privacy controls and contact options. Vizy Games cannot remotely access or erase a save stored only on your device.

6. Younger players

Fit the Room is designed for a general audience interested in decoration and interior design and is not specifically directed at children. The game does not ask players to create an account or submit their name or email address to play. It keeps advertising off for players who select an age below 18, prefer not to say, or do not select an age group. The local age choice is not shared as a birth date and does not establish a verified identity.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to our support channels, contact info@vizygame.com so we can review the situation and address it as required by applicable law.

7. Security, service providers and external links

Local game data is held in the app's device storage. Game-support messages are accessible to authorized personnel and relevant service providers. No storage or transmission method offers an absolute security guarantee.

Google and other service providers may process information in countries different from yours under their applicable policies and safeguards. When you follow a link to an external website or service, that provider's privacy policy applies to your use of it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game or its data-handling practices. The current text and its update date will be available at https://vizygame.com/en/privacy/fit-the-room. Where required, material changes will be communicated separately.
